Job Details

Our home based office client is looking for an Office Administrator, to effectively coordinate office operations to ensure the efficient running, administration and maintenance of the office facilities and vehicles. Interpersonal and organizational skills are essential, as the Office Administrator is expected to balance various tasks while assisting management, co-workers and clients across all entities within the company structure.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Switchboard & Reception:
• Handle enquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate.
• Receive and relay telephonic messages via email.

Office Management
• Manage incoming and outgoing post
• Manage courier services.
• Receive daily deliveries
• Maintain consumable supply levels throughout the premises.
• Handle daily opening and lockup of the premises.
• Assist with filing
• Maintain copies of company certificates.
• Complete forms and applications where required
• Manage company vehicle schedules, licensing and services.
• Manage office maintenance.
• Perform PA duties for director
• Assisting with quotations for clients
• Preparing monthly creditor payments
• Working with both debtors and creditors and remittance advice

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Must have debtors and creditors experience
• Be comfortable working from clients/employers home
• Must live in the area
