A dynamic, vibrant and growing IT company is looking for a person with IT Management and Project Management experience, to fulfil the role of an IT Project Manager.

This person will take care of and manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing and managing their IT environments in terms of their as is state, as well as identifying potential improvement initiatives and projects, scoping and planning these IT projects, and managing them to completion.

This person should have business acumen, being able to understand and analyze the business context, and to take the lead on all IT related initiatives and projects, whilst creating synergy between people, partners, processes, and technology.


  • Gathering requirements and functional specs
  • Assessing current software systems in place in order to identify areas in need of improvement based on strategy for the years ahead
  • Analyze and resolve technical problems as they arise
  • Continually research current and emerging technologies and proposing changes when required
  • Provide regular updates on developments on all systems projects.
  • Guide and deliver successful deployment of changes related to the business systems
  • Project Management of IT-related projects
  • Ensure that there is documented SOP’s and system notes for integrations and processes including current system design
  • Coach and mentor IT support staff
  • Optimize and or implement databases and BI architecture that deliver information necessary for business decisions and day to day management
  • Analyze and manage IT risk, that includes Cyber Security risks, Compliance and general IT good governance
  • Ensure that all systems are scalable and that they support business growth
  • Manage and oversee the IT service providers involved with the clients’ business
  • Manage the IT requirements and partner services related to the E-Commerce platform and integrations
  • Manage software development projects, overseeing the various partners and people involved



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology , Computer science, Software engineering or related field
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect
  • Sound knowledge of Operating systems and databases
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience in managing multiple development projects ( Multi- tasking )
