A Managed Solutions Provider based in Stellenbosch is looking for a Digital and Content Marketer to primarily support the Head of Sales and Marketing in executing the marketing strategy. The core focus of the role will be to brand the business to existing and future clients and employees. 

 The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • management and coordination of marketing activities according to the overall marketing plan
  • management and execution of the content marketing plan
  • building a desirable brand for clients and employees



Brand Management:

  • Management of brand in line with brand strategy for both clients and talent

Content Creation:

  • Design marketing material to support various marketing initiatives including social media campaigns and proposals

Social Media / Online Oversight:

  • Execute the social media strategy in line with business objectives
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity
  • Create a consistent voice across chosen platforms
  • Create and manage social media campaigns that support lead generation. This will involve delivery within agreed timeframes and management of the budget


  • Support achievement of recruitment targets by supporting the Head of Sales and Marketing and the People Operations Team with developing out the Employee Value Proposition and promoting the brand across multiple platforms

Events Management:

  • Planning Events From start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
  • Manage budgets and delivery within agreed timelines

Conduct market research:

  • Update and analyse data to support marketing initiatives



  • IT industry knowledge
  • Marketing campaign development and ROI tracking
  • Graphic design skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Copywriting skills (preferable)
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Business Marketing degree/diploma


  • 7+ years’ experience
  • B2B marketing experience essential
  • Digital marketing experience (4+ years’ experience)
  • Campaign management (4+ years’ experience)
