A Multinational leading ISP with large scale national network, is looking for a Senior Sales Agent to grow the existing business and shoot for the stars. We are looking for some fresh energy and top of our shopping list is someone clever and super energised. This must be an individual with minimum 3+ years in a similar Senior Position within an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or Fibre Network Owner (FNO). So, you really need to know your stuff. You would also need to be someone that is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the Sales Strategy and growth of the business increases across South Africa.  You should thrive on a fast-paced dynamic environment where speed to market and quick action is a clear differentiator. You need to be the master of your own destiny and enjoy a balanced lifestyle.  


  • Assisting in the execution of the organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives as set out by Management.
  • Setting personal short- and long-term sales targets for themselves and the Sales Consultants whilst conforming to current sales programs.
  • Drive outbound sales, in particular on existing and upcoming build routes.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors offerings
  • Plan to ensure achievement of personal targets, aligning with company sales policies and strategies as set out by Management
  • Responsible for Customer Relationship Management as prescribed by Management
  • Continually improve personal knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition
  • Implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs prescribed by Management
  • Develop, maintain and execute a Personal Sales plan in line with Management’s expectations
  • Proactively source and secure potential clients through robust lead generation
  • Coordinate with various internal teams so that the customer’s expectations are met
  • Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Aim to upsell a company’s services and solutions
  • Manage interaction on client projects from Sale to Link Delivery.
  • Assist with the marketing strategy to ensure relevancy in the Market Place and expansion of the brand name.


  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Have at least 3+ years’ experience in the ISP industry at a senior level.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Fibre Connectivity Sales Environment in South Africa
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5+ Years Account Management experience.
  • Ability to understand client requirements.
  • Leadership, organizational and administration abilities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and is deadline driven.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to manage / work well within a team and take full responsibility as an individual.
  • Solution orientated and ability to take the initiative.
  • Collaborate with appropriate subject matter experts.
