Then we are looking for you, we are a stable and substantially growing recruitment company and we are a looking for an IT recruiter who is looking for a team to work with and help our candidates and clients grow. A note this isn’t an easy role – we are hardworking, focused and dedicated, even the recruitment process will ask you to fill in a number of steps to ensure you are our person – but we promise it’s worth it (you can ask any of our 15 consultants who have been with us for years).
- Source, find, hunt, stalk, know, refer IT candidates that match Job Descriptions accurately and timeously
- Interview candidates, electronically or on the phone or when required face-to-face – video interviews if virtually essential
- Qualify the candidate if sufficiently meeting the client requirements
- We have a full support team to assist in CV’s and references (unless you prefer to do this yourself)
- Candidate must always be managed to ensure they are kept up to date, assisted with interview details and assistance on how to interview, accepting offer letters and background checks on candidate
- Do what you love and work purely with the IT candidates (we will do the rest)
- Mandatory – 2 – 3 Years’ Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment (specifically IT)
- Must have placed IT candidates from Developers to Network Engineers to Helpdesk agents (with proof)
- The ability to work from home (has own home office - being a PC/Laptop, uncapped internet, cell phone)
- WANTS to work from home (doesn’t want to work next to a colleague)
