SPECIFICATION

A promotional goods supplier based in Duran North is looking for a Production Coordinator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loading orders onto our Sync System.
• Requesting of production markers (In-house)
• Purchasing of raw materials - fabric & trims (under the guidance of Production Manager)
• Follow up on all outstanding PO raised - Liaise with Suppliers
• Receiving of all raw materials into the system on receipt from suppliers.
• Picking of Fabric & trims for preparation to go to CMT's.
• Prepare package for despatch to CMT - Paperwork - Cutsheet, PPO and Spec Sheet
• Follow up on Cut Figures from CMT and input into the system
• Raise outwork PO and issue to various outwork suppliers - Print, embroidery, garment washing etc
• Liaising with factories on issues and problem solve - Following up on planning and delivery dates.
• Arranging the drop off and collection of goods with outwork suppliers when required
• Receive finished stock into the system
• Transfer finished stock to stock jobs
• Maintaining step processes on Sync
• Updating jobs and their statuses
• Meeting with suppliers when required
• Arranging wash tests and garment tests on problem items/fabric when required
• Monitoring Stock levels on Raw Materials and Finished Stock for allocated brands

Qualifications/Skills:

• Matric
• Sync experience is a MUST.
• Strong OUTWORK experience would be beneficial.
