Salary: Market Related (your job will be to sell your first job will be to sell us what you should earn)

Location: Remote working (required to live in a metro area such as Cape Town, Johannesburg or Durban)

Are you experienced in closing sales (knowing how to follow up and which tools to use), demos to clients virtually and face to face, who knows how to create sales and not scared in picking up the phone, chasing the deal and closing the deal is what you are passionate about, while being well connected within businesses (medium to large sized) ?

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategize and determine the best way to sale the company’s products and services
  • Research and contact the company’s target market (B2B sales)
  • Calling/emailing/visiting leads with a CRM system to manage at touch points to land the client (know when to work a lead and when to quit and when it should be digital)
  • Working with the directors in setting the Sales strategy
  • Determining the metrics and running dashboards with targets with the team to ensure you are meeting the targets through the metrics
  • Engage with clients through phone, video, email, and visits (and any other way you can think of)
  • Able to automate the sales process when required
  • Research ideas for strategic alliance opportunities for the company to gain leads (your partnership and strategic alliance strategy will be key)
  • Monitoring trends and best practice to deliver innovative and exciting solutions that meet changing business requirements
  • Maintaining a constructive, collaborative, and consultative approach to relationships with service providers, colleagues, and internal clients
  • Follow up on previous clients for business and work on referral leads to close the deal
  • Cross sell on different product ranges (we have a nice range to work with)
  • Meet with the team to give them feedback about the market weekly
  • Rock the targets weekly (we are a high-performance team so you need to enjoy targets, high performance)

To do it well, you will need:

  • Currently living in South Africa – with a working home office (wi-fi, uncapped data, laptop)
  • Experience in Sales (MUST) – +7 years (with working with business (B2B))
  • Experience of early-stage businesses (we are not a corporate) aka we don’t have red tape or a big team to do it all for you
  • Preference to have experience in sales in SaaS or HR Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (we are detailed and expect you to know how to write in English with perfect English)
  • Able to work full time
  • Mandatory Own vehicle with a driver’s license
  • Must enjoy selling and calling/networking/conferencing (you must be all about the chase and closing the deal)
  • Crushing targets is what you do
  • Love to work with growing companies
  • High detail on following up
