Job Details
A registered Financial Services provider is looking for an Admin Assistant to readily assist the Admin Manager with ad hoc tasks as requested.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO:
- Collect and analyse relevant information in order to compile reports
- Ensures all documents, corporate files, and filing are always up to date and files systematically so that information is readily accessible to relevant persons.
- Opens new files for New Business and preps existing files.
- Run quotes for broker
- Schedule appointments and manage diaries.
- Answer calls promptly
- Understand and aid in the required monthly Broker budget (paid over) and minimum New Client requirements of 2-3 cases per month.
- Keep copies of all policy records and contracts and ensure that copies are sent to clients.
- Request corporate client R.A. statements on a quarterly basis.
