An IT Solutions company is looking for T1 Support Technicians with a finger on the pulse of the tech out there.

We are looking for a younger candidate starting out their IT career that needs a foot in the door with an established company. We are also willing to take on someone fresh out of studying but then the candidate must be a stand out student. This position allows for growth if the candidate proves themselves moving further into the company.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software
• Interact with clients occasionally

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Grade 12 Senior Certificate
• Current A+ and N+ or equivalent Certification
• 2+ years of industry relevant Experience in email/phone/onsite troubleshooting.
• Completion of all stated internal and external training as per the individual Personal Development Plan.

Skills & Abilities:
• A good understanding of PC software and hardware troubleshooting.
• Must be presentable, and able to communicate advanced issues to non-technical people.
• The ability to distill large amounts of information into relevant points.
• Self-starter
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal)
• Commercial Awareness
• High energy individual
• Passion for technology and continuous learning
• Must have a positive attitude
