A company at the cutting edge of mobile messaging, SMS marketing tools and mobile marketing software solutions, is looking for a highly dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle. Provide proactive and effective candidate sourcing to the business while reporting to the HR Manager. Working within an integral team, this role requires, sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting candidates, conducting reference checks and conducting risk assessments.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Sourcing:
• Responsible for all External recruitment and internal recruitment
• Advertise on relevant recruitment sites and mediums
• Ensure attractive external job descriptions and adverts and sign off from department manager
• Advertise pipeline recruitment by utilizing: Referral programs; Social Networking

Recruitment & Selection:
• Attract and retain best-fit talent and ensure overall great candidate experience
• Interview job applicants; review application/resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's job fit
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources
• Maintaining a database of candidates
• Candidate Assessments
• Reference Checking
• Regretting Candidates

Regular feed-back on progress with vacancies:
• Regular update meetings with HR and department managers
• Reports as per requirements

Administration:
• Effectively and efficiently manage Vacancies, CV’s screened, candidates scheduled for interview, arrived vs not arrived, candidates sent for second interview, candidates successful
• Contract and offer letters
• New start documentation compiled
• Complete weekly/monthly recruitment reports:
• Start date of offered candidates
• Induction

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
• Matric
• Relevant HR related Degree/Diploma

Experience:
• 3 years recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• 1-2 year corporate in-house recruitment is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office packages
• Must think on their feet, use initiative, work independently, be able to run with recruitment function
