SPECIFICATION
An online sports betting portal, is looking for Call Centre Agents to assist players and clients with various queries
• An advantage having worked on both Ongame and TeleAssist International Online Gaming campaigns
• Assist players or clients with various queries
• Escalate queries to relevant departments if not able to assist with queries
• Update client’s accounts when required
• Render technical assistance to players
• Advise players on various site issues eg: where to find various things, how to change personal settings
• Advise players on different tournament issues
• Handling day to day gaming queries
• Working in on inbound calls, chats and email queries
• Review Session history of players in order to assist the players with game related queries
• Assist players with navigating on the site
• Attend to scheduling, cancelling, running and registering players for Poker Tournaments
• Ensure fairness of play on the sites, no cheating, all rules being met and verified multiple accounts
• Assist players with Passwords and Nickname changes
• Check and verify blocked accounts and advised on reopening of accounts
• Block accounts of abusive players
